We've been hearing about Samsung working on a foldable phone for years now. The phone, which will reportedly be called Galaxy X is going to be a reality soon, most likely next year.
The Samsung phone will come with foldable display panels. It is because of this that other components will need to be flexible too. Like, say, the battery. A new report reveals that the battery of the foldable Samsung phone will be curved-shaped.
According to the new report, Galaxy X or Samsung foldable phone will come with a massive battery setup. The battery size of the foldable phone is expected to be in between 3000mAh and 6000mAh battery.
Chances of the battery size to be around 6000mAh battery is more considering the phone is rumoured to come with a massive screen of 7.3-inch.
Previous reports suggest that the display size of the Samsung foldable phone will be 7.3-inch. The size, however, is expected to reduce to 4.3-inch after the phone has been folded.
Coming back to the curved battery of the phone, reports suggest that the Samsung SDI is the one working on developing the foldable phone's V-shaped battery.
