Vodafone recently revamped its RED postpaid plans to offer more data along with other benefits to the users. The basic Rs 399 plan now offers 40GB data, whereas the Rs 499 plan now offers 75GB monthly data. But besides doubling the data, Vodafone has also included complimentary one-year Vodafone Play and Amazon Prime subscription.

However, there are a few important points to be noted. If you are already an Amazon Prime member, you won’t be able to get the free membership. The offer is only applicable to new customers. However, the Vodafone Play membership is available for everyone. If you have just upgraded to the new plans, follow the below-mentioned steps active the one-year complimentary membership.

How to activate Amazon Prime membership on Vodafone

Step One

To begin with, download My Vodafone app on your Android or iOS smartphone, and login with your credentials.

Step Two

Once you login, scroll down on the home page, and you will find a card that reads “Your RED box” and on that card, tap on “Unbox your benefits.” It will then ask you to download Vodafone Play app.

Step Three

Now, login to the Vodafone Play app and you will see a card where you can tap and activate Amazon Prime Video. This will open the Prime Video app and ask you to log in if you haven’t already.

Step Four

If you are new to Amazon Prime, one-year membership will be activated on your account.
