As usual, fans tend to put the blame for a mediocre product on the shoulders of Vince McMahon and its creative team, and it's not difficult to see why given that even WWE officials have recently realized that its programming has been of poor quality without doing much about it.

Ideally, fan complaints about Raw and SmackDown, mainly the use or lack of use of certain superstars, will result in wholesale changes to WWE's booking strategy and how it portrays certain superstars.

However, anyone who was watched WWE for an extended period knows that the company can often get stuck in its ways and ignore fan resistance to its product, even if listening to those concerns would improve the overall quality of its programming.

Especially since WrestleMania 34 last month, WWE seems to have been under fire for its portrayal of stars like Reigns, its lacklustre pay-per-view performances and a generally disappointing product.

But with WWE's business booming, don't expect to see any real adjustments made. Here are five reasons why WWE will not change its booking despite the obvious fan resistance to many of its biggest storylines.
